A Milwaukee man accused of fatally stabbing his landlord has had his bond set at $250,000.
37-year-old Justin Lannigan appeared in court for a bond hearing on Friday.
Authorities say Lannigan confessed to stabbing his landlord multiple times, claiming he believed the victim had installed surveillance cameras in his apartment.
The suspect’s family has revealed that Lannigan has been diagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, according to Milwaukee police.
