A Milwaukee woman is suing Aurora Sinai Medical Center after discovering that a feeding tube was left in her body for more than 35 years.
Deborah Lowe, who was on life support and pregnant when she had surgery in 1989, says the tube has caused her ongoing pain.
Her attorney explained that Lowe had a complicated pregnancy that led to a hysterectomy and life support at the age of 25.
A surgeon recently discovered and removed the feeding tube during a procedure last year.
