Around 50 dogs evacuated due to the wildfires in California have arrived in Wisconsin for care.
The dogs, who were in shelters, were flown to Waukesha yesterday, where they are now being cared for by the Humane Animal Welfare Society.
They will undergo medical evaluations and will be available for adoption locally once they’re cleared.
