A Green Bay man is facing a 5th OWI charge after being pulled over south of Sheboygan.
Wisconsin State Patrol says 51-year-old Jason Wilder was pulled over yesterday (January 23rd) just after 5:00 pm because of an equipment violation near County Trunk DK and County Highway V.
After the patrolmen contacted Wilder, he noticed he was impaired.
Wilder was arrested on charges with OWI a fifth offense, and possession of THC.
