Authorities are investigating the death of a woman found in Watertown.
Police report that officers discovered the woman unresponsive in an alley next to a business on the 100 block of North Church Street yesterday.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Jefferson County Medical Examiner’s Office is helping with the investigation to determine the cause of death.
At this time, officials say there is no immediate danger to the public.
