A man charged with using a computer to try and meet a minor for sex will be pleading in his case.
Court records show that 46-year-old Toby Graves of Fond du Lac has a plea date scheduled for February 3rd in a Manitowoc County Courtroom.
Graves was arrested last year in the Village of Mishicot after the Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office was conducting online enforcement for Child Sexual Abuse material.
He is facing four charges, including soliciting an intimate representation of a minor, attempted 2nd-degree sexual assault, use of a computer to facilitate a child sex crime, and exposing a child to harmful material.
