
Faculty members from the Manitowoc Public School District (MPSD) have been nominated for an award.
The Chamber of Manitowoc County has announced nominees for the Awards of Distinction, including the Education Impact Award.
These nominees include Anna Beatty, Principal of Wilson Middle School, Adam Van De Ven, MPSD Special Education Program Support, Aaron Mancheski Mckinley Academy Alternative Education Teacher, and Sierra Jurgens, a Third Grade Teacher at Jefferson Elementary School.
Additionally, Manitowoc Lincoln High School’s School-to-Work Office was nominated for the Collaboration Award, while MPSD is up for the Large Business of the Year Award.
Winners will be announced next month at the Chamber’s Awards of Distinction Ceremony, which will be held on February 13th at the Capitol Civic Center.
In the announcement, an MPSD representative said, “We honor and celebrate everyone nominated for all of the chamber awards, and we congratulate our staff for their incredible efforts that led to their recognition.”
