A Fond du Lac man has been convicted for his role in a deadly overdose.
WBAY reports that 48-year-old Michael J Kimmons has been found guilty after pleading no-contest to First-Degree Reckless Homicide.
Kimmons enters the no-contest plea in relation to a death via overdose in the City of Fond du Lac in January of 2021.
Kimmons was initially arrested after selling fentanyl to an individual who later died from the harmful drugs.
According to court records, the 48-year-old has numerous drug-related charges in his past.
Kimmons is next due in court for his sentencing hearing on March 28th at 11:00 a.m.
