A court date has been set for the former Sheboygan Falls Assistant Fire Chief.
45-year-old John P. Albright has had a scheduling conference set for February 5th inside a Sheboygan County courtroom.
In September of last year, Albright was charged with Second-Degree Sexual Assault of a Child, a felony offense.
The former Assistant Fire Chief’s bond was initially set at $150,000 cash before being lowered three times to $25,000, which he has since posted in December.
When first announced by the Sheboygan Falls Fire Department in September, it was announced that the 45-year-old was under investigation for allegedly sexually assaulting a child under the age of 16.
Albright has pleaded not guilty to his charges.
