
The Manitowoc Lincoln girls basketball team is on a two-game win streak after defeating Pulaski at home 40-29 yesterday (January 15th).
The Ships held a moderate 1-point lead at the half, but four three balls and solid free throw shooting pushed Lincoln to the 11-point win.
Sarah Bolchen and Kendall Schmitz again led the Shipbuilders with 10 points apiece, with Bolchen shooting 4-5 from the free-throw line.
Taylor Peterson finished with 6.
For Pulaski, Lily Urben and Olivia Sprangers fished with 6 points each.
The Shipbuilders girls’ basketball team improves to 8-5 on the year and 4-4 in the FRCC.
On Friday, the Ships continue a two-game homestand facing the Sheboygan South Red Wings at the JFK.
