Police in Fond du Lac have closed out 2024 by honoring the achievements and work done by officers and community members.
Last month, the Fond du Lac Police Department held its 4th annual Togetherness and Awards Event.
At the event, they gave awards for life-saving efforts, meritorious service, distinguished service, unit/team pinning, longevity awards, Commander’s Commendations, and a Citizen Community Service Award.
The Police Department has taken to social media to share the stories of these award winners.
This includes the actions of officers, EMS workers, and others directly responsible for saving the lives of community members. Other posts share the stories of department member milestones, retirements, and new additions.
