A Tomah man is going to prison for his 12th OWI after pleading guilty in an Outagamie County Courtroom.
59-year-old Jon Miner is getting eight years behind bars, including five years of extended supervision following his release.
Miner was also ordered to maintain absolute sobriety, not enter any bar, and not to operate any motor vehicles.
Four other charges against him were dismissed but read into the record.
Miner was pulled over by Wisconsin State Patrol back in April this year because he was speeding on Highway 55.
Miner was said to be displaying signs of impairment, leading to several field sobriety tests.
