An assisted living facility has gotten a more updated Conditional Use Permit (CUP).
The Two Rivers City Council had a public hearing for the CUP on Monday (December 23rd) for Northland Lodge Assisted Living.
City Manager Greg Buckley explained that when NSH Two Rivers Northland LLC got the permit from the original owner, it would lapse when a new group would take over the facility.
The city council unanimously approved the CUP after no one commented during the public hearing.
The Northland Lodge has up to 39 residents and 12-15 employees.
