
Nearly all of the Manitowoc County girls basketball teams are in action tonight.
The #3 team in the state, Manitowoc Lutheran, will try to make it seven wins in a row to start the season as they travel to Howards Grove to take on the 4-2 Tigers.
Meanwhile, in Brillion, the Lions will host Two Rivers, as each team enters at 3-3.
Roncalli will try for their first win of the season as they invade Valders, where the Vikings are on a five-game win streak, Mishicot will try to build on a close win over Southern Door as they host St. Mary Catholic, while Kiel tries to start the season 6-0 as they travel to Sheboygan Falls.
Elsewhere, Chilton is in New Holstein, Random Lake is at Cedar Grove-Belgium, Plymouth is on the road for Kewaskum, Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah is set to invade Hilbert, and Oostburg is home for Ozaukee.
Also scheduled for tonight is a clash between Oconto and Kewaunee at the home of the story, Luxemburg-Casco hosting Clintonville, Green Bay NEW Lutheran/Providence Academy hosting Bowler, and Southern Door invading Sturgeon Bay.
On the boys’ side, there are only two local games. Manitowoc Lincoln will try to build on a dominating win over Kingdom Prep as they host Sheboygan North at the JKF Fieldhouse.
