Both men arrested after a gun was fired into the air remain in the Manitowoc County jail.
21-year-old Joshua Wilson has yet to furnish his $3,500 cash bond, while 22-year-old James Maxie Jr. has yet to supply his $5,000 cash bond.
Both were arrested Wednesday after they had gone onto the balcony of an apartment building and fired a handgun into the air.
Wilson initially denied being involved when police spoke with him but was said to be acting nervous and hesitant to answer any questions.
Maxie, however, showed the officers where the gun was.
Both were ordered to have no contact with each other, the victims, or their residence upon their release and to not possess any dangerous weapons.
Both were charged with 2nd Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, while Maxie was also charged with Contributing to the Delinquency of a Child and Misdemeanor Bail Jumping.
