A Reedsville man will be spending some time in prison following his conviction on a pair of OWI cases.
67-year-old Gerald J. Bellin pleaded guilty to his 5th and 6th counts of operating while intoxicated, and Judge Mark Rohrer ordered him to spend a total of four and a half years in prison, followed by six and a half years on extended supervision.
Bellin was arrested for his 5th OWI in March of 2022 and his 6th in January of this year.
As a part of his sentence, Bellin was also ordered to undergo treatment counseling, maintain absolute sobriety, pay court costs, and submit to random urine screens upon his release.
His driver’s license was also revoked for a total of six years.
