The Oshkosh Police Department Vice and Narcotics Unit, along with Detectives and Patrol Office, did an undercover investigation on the trafficking on the south side of the city, which led to five men being arrested.
The men ranged from 23-43 years old and were arrested for pandering.
The men came from the Oshkosh, Fond du Lac, and Appleton areas.
