Manitowoc Police are asking for the public’s help in a dog-biting incident.
Police say the incident happened in the 1200 block of South 9th Street between 5:00 and 7:00 pm last Friday (November 15th).
The victim was walking the dog when another dog bit him, and the victim was bitten trying to separate the two animals.
The attacking dog is described as a black-colored, long-haired, Sheperd-type dog.
The attacking dog hasn’t been found, and its vaccination status isn’t known.
