A woman was arrested after she offered a blunt to employees of a gas station.
Manitowoc Police were dispatched to the Kwik Trip on North 8th Street just before 2:00 this morning (October 10th).
The officers spoke with the employees, who explained that the woman was in the restroom for over 20 minutes and had a rolled-up dollar bill with a white residue on it.
When the officers spoke with the 28-year-old woman, she was said to be acting erratically and couldn’t stand still.
A strong smell of intoxicants was also noticed on her breath, and it was learned that she had four open cases against her.
She was detained on four counts of Felony Bail Jumping as no contraband was found on her person or in a bag she was carrying.
