The Green Bay Police Department has recovered a body from the East River. According to officers, the body appears to be male. The body was recovered at around 1:00 PM by a dive team and the GBPD in the area of North Quincy Street and University Avenue. Not much is known at this time, as the autopsy has yet to be conducted. Police say that once the medical examiner makes a positive identification, and the family is notified, the name of the deceased will be released.
