For the third week in a row, gas prices around Eastern Wisconsin went up.
According to the AAA gas prices webpage, the price for a gallon of regular unleaded fuel in Manitowoc County jumped up seven cents since this time last week, now averaging $3.31 around the county.
That is the biggest rise in the area, as Sheboygan County reported a six-cent jump to $3.28, and Calumet County’s average rose five cents to $3.36.
Outagamie County saw a two-cent increase to $3.25, while Brown County doubled that with a four-cent bump to $3.32.
Kewaunee County also saw a two-cent bump to $3.27, while Door County motorists are only paying one penny more at the pump, with an average of $3.29.
The state average did the same, going up one penny to $3.29, while the national average is up a nickel from last week, now sitting at $3.39 per gallon.
