Two people suffered injuries during an ATV crash in Brown County, including a 3-year-old boy.
WBAY TV reports that the Brown County Sheriff’s Office, DNR wardens, and other local and area emergency services responded to Cooperstown Road at around 1:00 Wednesday morning (June 26th) on a report of an ATV crash.
They arrived to find a 20-year-old Maribel woman had been driving the vehicle while carrying a 3-year-old boy when the unit overturned.
The woman was said to have lost control, but it was stated that alcohol and speed are not believed to have been factors.
The woman was airlifted to a local hospital with severe injuries, while the child suffered only minor injuries.
The investigation into the crash is still ongoing.
