Charges have officially been filed in a Green Bay homicide.
FOX11 reports that 39-year-old Joseph Poore of Marinette and 32-year-old Aaron Walton of Menominee Michigan were both charged with 1st Degree Intentional Homicide and Armed Robbery as Party to the Crime in the stabbing death of Robert Marshal.
Marshal was beaten and stabbed in the 700 block of South Roosevelt Street on June 3rd.
Walton allegedly admitted to police that he and Poore had intended to take money from Marshal because he owned them, but things clearly escalated.
Both Poore and Walton had their initial appearances Friday in front of Judge Cynthia Vopal.
