
A manufacturing business in Appleton caught fire Sunday morning.
WFRV TV reports that the Appleton Fire Department dispatched crews to the 2600 block of West Second Street at 8:10 a.m. on a report of heavy black smoke and flames.
The fire at Pallet America was under control within around 45 minutes, but fire teams remained at the scene for two more hours to battle any hot spots.
No injuries were reported, and the cause is not yet known.
The fire was estimated to have caused around $100,000 in damage.
