Felician Village has announced a free dementia workshop coming up this week.
The program, known as “The Language of Dementia & Finding Success”, will be held at the Village, located at 1635 South 21st Street in Manitowoc, on Tuesday (June 18th).
Audrey E. Linn, MS, ADC, of Dementia Care Solutions, LLC, will run the program, which aims to help untangle challenging situations and explore new tools to help those on a caregiving journey.
The Village Café at Felician Village will be offering a special lunch from 10:30 to 1:30 p.m., which includes a burger or brat, baked beans, chips, and a cookie for $8.00.
Proceeds from the lunch sales will benefit the Felician Village Walk to End Alzheimer’s Team.
