Police in Chilton are looking for the public’s assistance in finding someone who damaged a child’s scooter.
According to pictures from police, a person in a dark grey Chrysler van was seen running over a child’s scooter at a home around 11:12 am Tuesday morning.
The scooter was completely damaged and caused damage to the vehicle.
Chilton Police continue saying it appears the driver wanted to attend a rummage sale at the home, but they realized that there wasn’t one happening and hit the scooter while leaving.
Police emphasize that they and the family don’t want to press charges at this time but just want to know who did this.
