A man was arrested in Manitowoc after he allegedly exposed himself to a minor.
Officers were dispatched to a report of lewd and lascivious behavior just before 9:30 p.m. Tuesday.
The victim showed police a video they had taken of the 55-year-old man, which showed the two individuals yelling back and forth.
At one point, the suspect dropped his pants and grabbed his exposed genitalia.
The suspect also attempted to fight the victim, and once again exposed himself. T
he suspect denied any wrongdoing at first, but when confronted with the video evidence he said he exposed himself because “I just wanted to.”
He was taken into custody on a charge of Causing a Child to View or Listen to Sexual Activity, and was given a ticket for Disorderly Conduct.
