A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing Green Bay woman.
69-year-old Rosanne Shrovnal-O’Connell was last seen in the 1500 block of Capitol Drive in Green Bay last Wednesday (Jun 5th) at around 10:30 a.m.
Rosanne stands 5’ 8” tall and weighs around 133 pounds. She has blue eyes and brown hair and is believed to have been traveling on foot.
