The Fond du Lac Police Department is looking for an individual believed to be connected to a weekend shooting.
Officers and EMS were dispatched to the area of 175 Hamilton Place just before 4:30 Saturday evening (June 8th) on a report of an individual who had been shot in the leg.
The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office also arrived with their bearcat armored vehicle, which they used to transport the victim to a local hospital.
The 20-year-old Fond du Lac man is said to be in stable condition.
A nationwide felony warrant has been issued for 32-year-old Ansheretta A. West for 1st Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety.
West stands 5’6” tall, weighs around 135 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with any information on the whereabouts of Ansheretta A. West is encouraged to call local authorities and not attempt to apprehend her themselves.
