Prosecutors in St. Croix County have filed charges against Christopher Leubner, an Eau Claire school bus driver, for operating without the proper license.
Leubner, who was previously ticketed for crashing into a fuel truck on I-94 while transporting students from DeLong Middle School in April, held a passenger license but not a school bus license.
The crash resulted in minor injuries to eight individuals, including six children.
