There is another busy day on tap today in Manitowoc City government, as there are four meetings scheduled.
First up is the Board of Public Works, which will be in the Council Chamber at 4:00 p.m. to review a noxious weed notice appeal.
At 4:30 p.m., the Tax Incremental Financing Joint Review Board will convene in the 2nd Floor Conference room to appoint a public member and a chairperson.
They will then review the draft project plan, and the responsibility of the board.
The Board of Review will also elect a chair and vice chair during their 5:30 p.m. meeting in the Council Chambers, which will be followed at 6:00 by the Plan Commission.
They have three public hearings scheduled, including one regarding the conditional use permit submitted by The Neighborhood, which is looking to purchase the former McKinnley Academy Building and turn it into a larger warming shelter and transitional housing.
These are the final meetings for the week in the Clipper City.
