Jonathan F. Hack
A Manitowoc man convicted in a child porn case has been sentenced.
42-year-old Jonathon F. Hack pleaded guilty to one count of Possession of Child Pornography while nine additional charges of the same and one count of Child Exploitation were dismissed but read into the record.
Hack was ordered by Judge Jerylin Dietz to spend four years in prison, followed by four years on extended supervision.
A search warrant was executed on Hack’s home in August of 2019, which uncovered an estimated 600 images and videos of child porn on his computer.
Police reports note that Hack admitted to viewing the material but claimed to have never touched a child inappropriately.
Judge Dietz also ordered Hack to undergo counseling and a psychosexual evaluation and spend fifteen years on the sex offender registry.
He was also ordered to have no contact with anyone under the age of 18 and to have no internet-enabled devices unless approved by his agent.
