Donald Trump Jr. is coming back to Green Bay to help fundraise for a candidate for Wisconsin’s 8th Congressional District.
Tony Wied was endorsed by former President Donald Trump back in April, but now Trump Jr. is coming to campaign for Weid as well, according to a story from The Daily Caller.
Wied is running against State Senator Andre Jacque and former Senator Roger Roth for the open seat after Rep. Mike Gallagher announced in March he would resign from Congress early.
Donald Trump campaigned for president in Green Bay about two months ago, showing the importance of Wisconsin to the 2024 upcoming election.
