The man accused of stabbing a fellow bar patron on St. Pattrick’s Day in Green Bay was back in court this week.
According to WFRV TV, 37-year-old Darrell McGillivray appeared via video for his status conference Wednesday as he faces charges of Aggravated Battery Intending Great Bodily Harm and Disorderly Conduct, each with the Use of a Dangerous Weapon.
He was arrested at around 2:00 a.m. on March 17th at a bar on South Broadway Street. Police reported arriving on the scene to find a man with deep lacerations, who was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
A verbal altercation inside the bar turned physical outside, which is when McGillivray allegedly stabbed the victim.
When he was questioned, McGillivray reportedly had blood on his clothing and was in possession of a knife.
His bond remains at $20,000 cash, and he is due for a status conference on June 18th.
