The Lighthouse Recovery Community Center in Manitowoc and Sheboygan have created a new community art project.
The Community Mosaic Tile Fundraiser allows people to purchase tiles that are 2 inches by 2 inches and cost $100 per tile with only 550 available.
Donors can personalize their purchased tiles by dedicating them in honor of or in memory of a loved one, family member, an individual, or the donor’s business.
Donors will receive a commemorative postcard after their purchase that will tell them the location of their tile within the mosaic art piece as well as the donor tribute information.
Tribute information will also be displayed on the donor wall near the installed art piece.
