
There is another busy day on tap for local sports teams.
Starting with girls’ soccer, Kiel is riding a two-game win streak as they host Oostburg, Valders will try to get back on the right track in Sturgeon Bay, while Cedar Grove-Belgium is on the road for Living Word Lutheran.
Elsewhere, Ashwaubenon is hosting Shawano, Green Bay Preble is home for Eau Claire Memorial, and Green Bay East is on the road to take on Appleton West.
In softball, Mishicot will put its 16-0 record on the line as they travel to Wrightstown, Manitowoc Lutheran will try to end a three-game skid as they host Green Bay West/East, Reedsville, currently 3rd in the Big East North, will be in Howards Grove while Brillion will try to build on a big win over Roncalli as they travel to Hilbert.
Also, Sheboygan South is at Racine Lutheran and Plymouth is hosting North Fond du Lac.
Elsewhere, Luxemburg-Casco is home for Algoma, Bay Port defends their home diamond against Pulaski, and Appleton North is traveling to Oshkosh North.
And on area baseball diamonds, Manitowoc Lincoln, currently sitting 2nd in the highly competitive FRCC, is hosting Winneconne, Mishicot, the leaders of the Big East North, is at Sevastopol, while in Brillion, it will be a battle of two-second place teams.
The host Lions are #2 in the EWC while Manitowoc Lutheran enters the contest second in the Big East North.
Elsewhere, Reedsville will be in Random Lake, having split its last four games.
New Holstein is on the road for Winnebago Lutheran, Luxemburg-Casco is home for Clintonville, and Howards Grove is hosting a doubleheader against Pewaukee.
Also, the co-op of Green Bay East and West will be at New London, Green Bay NEW Lutheran has a home doubleheader against Algoma, Appleton East is on the road for Oshkosh West, and Appleton North is at Fond du Lac.
