The man charged in a 2022 stabbing in Manitowoc has been convicted.
FOX11 reports that 38-year-old Ryan King of Manitowoc was found guilty due to a no-contest plea on a charge of 1st Degree Reckless Injury, while two counts of false imprisonment were dismissed but read into the record.
King was initially charged with attempted homicide, but that charge was reduced.
The stabbing occurred in May 2022, with the victim, 36-year-old Nicholas Beaupre, claiming it was unprompted.
