It might not be a good idea to burn anything around Manitowoc County, at least until some significant rainfall comes down.
The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources has the county in the “very high” fire danger level, meaning wildfires could start easily, spread rapidly, and can be hard to control.
The same is true for other counties in the area like Sheboygan, Calumet, Kewaunee, Door, Brown, Outagamie, and Winnebago.
You can contact your local fire department, town chairperson, or local municipal official to get fire burning regulations, since it’s not regulated by the DNR around eastern Wisconsin.

Two of the biggest were in Washburn and Douglas counties, which affected several buildings and caused some evacuations.
