The body that was found in Lake Butte des Morts over the weekend has been confirmed to be that of a man who had been reported missing last year.
NBC26 reports that the body of 27-year-old Aaron Daily was found Saturday evening, three and a half months after he was first reported missing.
He was last seen alive on Christmas Eve in the 700 block of Wisconsin Street, and police began searching on January 2nd.
No information has been released regarding any cause of death.
The family has set up a GoFundMe to help cover the funeral and transportation costs.
