The man who last saw 3-year-old Elijah Vue before he went missing will be back in court this morning (April 4th).
39-year-old Jesse Vang is scheduled for a preliminary hearing at 11 am in Judge Robert Dewane’s Courtroom.
He’s been charged with child neglect.
Elijah was reported missing on February 20th and was apparently last seen when Vang sent him to his room.
His partner, Katrina Baur, won’t be back in court until April 26th for further proceedings.
She’s pleaded not guilty to charges of chronic child neglect as a party to a crime and two counts of obstructing a police officer.
