A Minnesota man is behind bars there as the prime suspect in a weekend shooting at a western Wisconsin bar.
Police say they found a man who’d been shot in the stomach in the parking lot of George’s Lounge in the Town of Buffalo not long after midnight Saturday.
Officers say 39-year-old Damien Winn fled to Winona, Minnesota, before being caught.
Winn is being held on a probation hold.
It is not clear when he may be back in Buffalo County to face attempted homicide charges.
