There is only one meeting today in the City of Two Rivers.
The Community Development Authority and the Business and Industrial Development Committee will hold a joint meeting in the Council Chambers at 5:15 p.m.
They will start by reviewing the site and architectural plan for the Braun Building Center Truss Shop, submitted by Applicant Athens Development and Bob Braun.
They will also enter a closed session to review a loan application received for property development at 1415 16th Street and a topic related to the Sandy Bay Highlands Subdivision.
The group will also review the current terms of the city’s economic development loan program and the updated leases for city-owned Wentker Court Properties.
