
The man convicted of having sexual contact with a minor has been sentenced.
20-year-old Ethan D. Robison of Manitowoc was found guilty due to a no-contest plea on a charge of Sexual Contact with a Child, while charges of 1st Degree Sexually Assault and two counts of 2nd Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, all with the use of a dangerous weapon and two counts of False Imprisonment were all dismissed but read into the record.
Judge Jerylin Dietz ordered Robison to spend nine months in the Manitowoc County Jail under the Huber Law.
The criminal complaint stated that Robison picked up two teenagers before taking them to Lower Henry Schuette Park.
While there, Robison pulled out a knife, took the teens’ phones, and forced the victim to perform sex acts with him.
Robison was also previously convicted on two counts of Possession of Child Pornography, with six additional counts dismissed but read into the record.
