A tragic UTV accident in Monroe County has resulted in the loss of a woman’s life, with alcohol believed to be a contributing factor.
According to the sheriff’s office, the incident occurred shortly after midnight on Sunday when the UTV overturned.
While the male driver sustained injuries requiring hospitalization, the woman tragically succumbed to her injuries after being ejected from the vehicle during the crash.
