
There are three meetings on tap for today (March 18th) in the City of Manitowoc, and all of them will be in the Council Chambers.
The Personnel Committee is up first, and they will enter a closed session to go over a grievance settlement submitted by the Firefighters Union.
Then, at 6:00 p.m., the Committee of the Whole will also have a closed session, where they will discuss legal compliance and procedures concerning licensing.
Closing out the night is the Common Council, which will convene at 6:30 p.m.
The City Clerk will start the meeting by conducting the badge pinning ceremonies for Police Officer Jenna Brandt and Motor Pump Operators Phillip Stodola, Phillip Burton, Cody Siracki, and Alex Pernice.
Then, the Council will get an update on the Maritime Bluff restoration project before announcing the newest addition to the Lincoln Park Zoo.
