The Sheboygan Police Department is asking people to avoid a section of South 9th Street.
Officers are in the 2700 block to address a threat that was reported in the area at around 10:00 this morning (March 13th).
While the threat has been contained, officers remain on the scene, and the public is asked to avoid the area.
