
After a major spike last week, the gas prices in Eastern Wisconsin have recovered in most Eastern Wisconsin counties.
According to the AAA Gas Prices webpage, the average price for a gallon of fuel fell thirteen cents since this time last week in Manitowoc County, now sitting at $3.14 per gallon.
Sheboygan County reported a six-cent decline to $3.19, while Calumet County’s average only dipped a penny to $3.28.
Motorists in Outagamie County are seeing three cents per gallon worth of reprieve with an average of $3.23, Brown County’s average is down six cents to $3.17, and Kewaunee County sees an eight-cent drop per gallon at the pump with an average of $3.19.
Door County was the only area where the price did not go down. It actually stayed the same in that county at $3.24 per gallon.
The state average fell three cents over the past week to an average of $3.23 per gallon, while the national average rose three cents to $3.39.
