A Shawano County man accused of illegally making guns has been bound for trial.
According to WBAY TV, 34-year-old Kyle Matsche faces 81 charges, with more than 70 of them being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Police were called to Matsche’s family farm for a physical disturbance on December 19th, allegedly between him and some family members.
His family said he was high on drugs and was trying to harm himself. Deputies noticed an AR-15-style gun and a Glock-type pistol with no serial number; the criminal complaint said an officer was told Matsche builds guns as a hobby.
Officers allegedly found 46 long guns. 23 handguns and 1,315 pounds of ammunition.
