Katrina Baur, the mother of Elijah Vue, is seeking a modification in her bond.
Baur’s legal representatives have petitioned the judge to convert her existing $15,000 cash bond to a signature bond, which would allow her to get released from jail.
She faces charges of Child Neglect as a Party to the Crime and Obstructing an Officer, while her boyfriend Jesse Vang is facing a charge of Child Neglect.
Baur, who resides in Wisconsin Dells, claims she brought her 3-year-old son to Vang’s house in Two Rivers for “disciplinary purposes.”
Elijah Vue has been missing since last Tuesday, with Baur withholding information on his whereabouts from investigators.
