
In Laona, Wisconsin, Mary Terry appeared in court and entered a plea of not guilty regarding the tragic incident involving her husband’s death last autumn.
The court session saw her arraignment, where a judge set her bail at $50,000 cash and ordered the placement of an ankle bracelet.
Accused of fatally running over her husband with his pickup truck while allegedly intoxicated, Terry faces charges of first-degree intentional homicide and homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle.
If convicted, she could potentially serve 25 years to life in prison.
